Air purification devices Developed Re-usable Nano-hybrid Air Filter

 

 

1. This is a societal project, funded by the Technology Development Program of DST for the “Fabrication of Air-purification device.”

 

 

● A new technology is developed where filter cartridges can be reused using highly efficient nanomaterials which not only removes VOC and particulate matter but also removes ammonia and SOx and NOx.

 

 

● This new technology will enable the end-user to get rid of the recurring financial burden due to the regular requirement of replacement of air filters and also would save the environment by reducing the continuous dumping of waste filter cartridges.

 

 

● The reusable filter cartridge in the present technology can be easily regenerated by spraying the catalyst on the filter media.

 

 

● An exclusive air-purifier technology which can remove ammonia from the air.

3. This is a portable air-purification device, where single filter is equipped with nano-hybrid filter and electronic filter. This unique feature increases the efficiency of the device.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. An Industrial collaborative project with Simhas Pvt. Ltd. for the production of Nano-Glace. This product can keep food fresher longer, reduce bacterial growth and spoilage. This is ideal for use on all seafood, fruits, vegetables, poultry and meats.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Energy Storage and Smart Window Technology

 

Everyone loves a window-view that can connect you to the natural world until you're blinded by the glare or the heat, that send you off to look for a cool corner, but there is a solution. Introducing an electrochromic glass these problems can be resolved. The sun is dynamic, so your windows should also be dynamic glass. Clear when you want it, intense when you need it automatically or manually. This will change how you think about windows. Building design to create a new world of occupied experience providing unobstructed views at all times without heat and clear no blinds or shades required maximum comfort natural daylight. This will open up a new horizon of designing freedom for architects building designs, incorporating a greater glass area while still meeting building codes complex.
